Earth Refuge and the Beyond Climate Collaborative are delighted to announce the launch of the Climate Mobility & Legal Innovation Programme (CLIP), an intensive legal course taking place in Autumn 2026.
As climate change reshapes displacement and mobility worldwide, CLIP will equip lawyers, judges, academics, and advocates with practical tools to advance legal protection for affected communities.
Hosted by the teams behind the International School on Climate Mobilities, the Climate Mobility Case (CMC) database, and the conference on International Protection in the Context of the Climate Crisis; this programme combines cross-border expertise, real-world legal strategy, and crucially, a global peer network.
